Option One: Identity Theft Protection
Option One gives you access to professionals at Kroll. In the event of suspected identity theft, investigators will confirm and offer restoration services for $2 per month. This option includes:
- Access to a Kroll professional who can provide best practices for managing personal information
- Access to a Kroll professional who will provide an action plan in the event your information has been compromised
- Confirmation of identity theft
- Assistance interpreting and analyzing credit reports.
- Fraud alert assistance & credit freeze consultation
- Assistance in obtaining a police report
- Tri-merged credit report & full non-credit search
- Access to a Kroll private investigator who will work on your behalf to resolve identity theft issues
- Placement of seven-year fraud victim statements with credit reporting agencies if necessary.
Option Two: Single Bureau Credit Monitoring
Option Two gives you all the services mentioned in Option One but with more protection up front, by monitoring a single bureau report and alerting you of activity on your credit history for $5 per month. This option includes:
- All Services from Option 1
- Notification when activity is detected on your credit file including new account opening, credit inquiries, payment delinquency, public record changes and change of address.
Option Three: Triple Bureau Credit Monitoring
Option Three gives you all the services of Options One and Two, in addition to monitoring all three credit bureau reports and alerting you of activity on your credit history for $7.75 per month.
Minor Monitoring
This is an add-on solution that an adult who is enrolled in either Option 2 or Option 3 can choose to allow activity monitoring associated with a child's SSN. This service allows for monitoring of up to four children under the age of 18 for an additional cost of $2.00 per month.
