DIGITAL BANKING UPGRADE - WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
We are excited to bring you a new and improved digital banking system built to make managing your money easier and more secure. Personal and Business Online Banking will now be combined into one simple platform with enhanced security features and an updated mobile app experience. For most personal banking customers, the update will be a smooth and mostly cosmetic change. Business customers who use Cash Management or originate ACH payments will experience more changes and should review the following details carefully.Scheduled Downtime
Tuesday, April 21, 6:00AM CST- Bill Pay will be disabled and final bill payments made via current system.
- TransferNow (external transfers) will be disabled.
- Mobile Deposit and other transaction activities will be unavailable.
- Online and Mobile Banking will enter "Inquiry/Read Only" mode.
- The current Online Banking system will be turned off.
- The new Digital Banking system will go live.
ACTION NEEDED BEFORE APRIL 17 - ALL CUSTOMERS
Confirm Your Contact InformationTo ensure a smooth first-time login on the new system, it is important that we have the phone number and email address associate with your account(s) on file. Please log into your Online Banking to review or update this information.
Confirm Your Username and Password
You will need your current username and password to log in for the first time - both online and in the updated mobile app.
- If you are unsure of your Username, please contact the bank for assistance.
- If you are unsure of your Password, you can easily reset it by selecting "Forgot Password" from the Online Banking or Mobile Banking login screens
- Any customer using bill pay should create a should create a list of your Payees and scheduled payments prior to the migration.
- If you currently use biometrics (face ID or fingerprint) to log in, you will need to re-enable this feature after signing in to the new app with your username and password.

- Enhanced Security: After entering your login credentials, you will be prompted to receive a text or phone call with a one-time passcode to verify your identity. Simply enter this passcode into the system and submit to securely login.
- If you currently use biometrics (face ID or fingerprint) to log in, you will need to re-enable this feature after signing in to the new app with your username and password.
BUSINESS CUSTOMERS
Most of your account details will be available and ready to use within the new system including transaction history, scheduled payments, recurring and scheduled internal transfers, ACH templates as well as your settings for eStatements. Business customers please read the following carefully:- Recurring & Scheduled internal transfers will be migrated. This includes any transfer that has a next transfer date defined and visible within Business Online.
- Business Online Internal Transfer templates will not be migrated because transfer templates function differently in the new system:
- New system (Configure Digital) requires a dollar amount to be defined for each template.
- Current system (Business Online) does not require a dollar amount on internal transfer templates.
- After the upgrade, you will need to re-create your Internal Transfer templates.
- Please download your needed templates before April 17, 2026 so that you can easily reestablish them in the new system.
- ACH history and recurring/scheduled batches will not migrate over to the new system.
- Turn off any recurring/scheduled batches and download/save your ACH history information by April 17, 2026.
- We recommend creating templates for each unique ACH file, if you have not done so, before April 17, 2026 as the "Copy" feature is not supported within the new system.
- After the Go-Live at 9:00am on April 23, please log into the new system and reschedule any recurring/scheduled batches that your business uses.
- First Time Login - Some business users will need to establish new User IDs and passwords for the first time. When creating your unique User ID and Password, keep these requirements in mind:
- User ID must be between 9 and 26 characters and may be made up of letters, numerals, and special characters. It is not case sensitive. You may not use your first name, last name, DOB, or SSN in your User ID.
- Passwords must be between 12 and 32 characters and must contain all of the following: a lower case letter (a-z) an uppercase letter (A - Z), a digit (0-9), and a special character (~!@#$%^&*){}[]()<>_+-=/|.,:;`'").
